Formula: Total Revenue ÷ Total Patient Visits

Formula: Total Marketing Spend ÷ New Patients Acquired

Formula: Actual Appointments ÷ Available Slots × 100
Benchmark: 70-85% utilization is ideal

Metric 7: Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Formula: % Promoters (9-10) - % Detractors (0-6)
Benchmark: 50+ is excellent, 70+ is world-class
NPS predicts referrals and retention. High NPS practices grow faster with lower marketing costs.
